  • Maybe...it's me.

I actually started liking number 13 before he pulled the God card and called it off.  My theory is that he thought I was too short.  Number 14 never really happened formally, we talked w/o parents being involved but I wasn't attracted to him and I just don't feel like he's driven.  14 and I are friends though bc he has cool taste in music and he'll listen to me talk-both excellent qualities in a friend :)

Number 15 was the most effecient experience.  I suppose you don't get this far in this whole process without starting to figure out what just won't work.  Number 15 and I just wouldn't work and it was obvious enough that we didn't get past the first conversation.  He needs a modern day nun and I need a guy who owns a T.V. bc seriously, I have to be able to talk to you about The Office or the hypothetical marriage would be doomed.  Fer sure.

So then, there's me alone and I can't help but think...maybe it's me.  A week before Valentine's Day and the world around has made like Noah's ark grouping themselves in to adorable pairs and still I can't find ONE feasible realationship?  Even if I could figure out what needs to change.  I just don't want to...I like me.  Now I need to like he. And the he has to like me...so my parents can't breathe out as as we become a "we."

Okay, stupid rhyming. There are other things going on in my life other than this but this is the one place I can vent about this particular issue and I will take advantage of it for my own sanity.IMG_0663
